i vividly remember this quote from a movie i watched sometime back. always thought it was from 500 Days of Summer but Google searches have referenced this to Yes Man - yes, that show with Jim Carrey in it. Ironically, both shows feature the quirky Zooey Deschanel, who is the lady behind the quote. Seems like i gotta go rent both movies soon to sort out this self inflicted mental confusion.
that's just me - always thinking.
thinking about life, love, happiness and everything else that matters to me. which is alot, considering that i had it rough growing up - divorced family, abusive sibling, foster home, etc. i dun blame anyone for what has happened, it's just part and parcel of life - mine just happened to be tough but it all seems like it's finally sorting itself out.
i am glad with what life has given to me thus far, it has been a life less ordinary for sure. i've met people from all walks of life - good, bad, ugly (and the seriously ugly) and am grateful for the different kinds of interactions and experiences that have shaped me to become the person that i am today.
life has also thought me to be patient, and observe. everything happens for a reason. for anything to happen - there is a why, a how, a what and a when. dissect it down to its' bare bits and u will learn to correct the negatives or truly appreciate the positives as they happen. which is rare nowadays, people take some of the good things in life for granted or bitch incessantly when things do not go their way.
this is me so far - i think. i observe. and now i write.
